Direct Response Employment Services are looking for 4 Assemblers to join our clients team on a temp to perm basis for our client in Westbury.
This is a temp to perm role working Monday to Thursday 8am – 5pm with an early finish on the Friday working 8am – 14:30pm with a starting pay rate of £11.44 per hour.
As an assembler you will be responsible for assembling items together and preparing for them to be packed and ready to be loaded for delivery to customers.
If you have some previous assembling / warehouse experience working within a manufacturing environment this would be ideal. Training can be given to those who are willing to learn and have a can do attitude and willing to roll up their sleeves and muck in.
We are looking for team players who live locally to Westbury or able to commute to Westbury with the use of their own or public transport.

As an Assembly Operative, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process by processing various products according to established standards and specifications.

Responsibilities
Process & Assemble components accurately and efficiently to meet production goals
Read and interpret work instructions and blueprints to ensure products are assembled correctly
Inspect finished products for quality and report any issues or defects
Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
Collaborate with team members and provide support when needed
Maintain accurate records of production activities and inventory
Conduct routine maintenance on assembly equipment to ensure optimal performance
Requirements
Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role preferred
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Access to own transport due to location
Be able to work shift patterns
Monday to Friday Must be able to work 06:00 to 14:00 & 14:00 to 22:00
